The house is simple and cozy, wooden floor, well ventilated. There are stairs from the garage to the balcony. The neighborhood is middle class, buses are rare and the stop is about 300m away. The ideal is to use an app. There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a shared bathroom and one suite. The space Guests can prepare breakfast and meals. There's a supermarket nearby for shopping. Safe street, we have an electric gate at the main entrance, and in the house. Guest access Guests can enjoy the kitchen, social area, laundry and balcony.
