The space This is a three (3) bedroom first floor unit each bedrooms are listed separately. the living areas are to be shared with other suitemates. This room #1 is a queen size bed at an approximately 36 inches high. Step stool is provided for guests that needs it. The Shared Space spacious living room, Jacuzzi Bathtub, bidet on toilet washer and dryer, full kitchen with all necessary appliances including coffee and tea for your use. see pics. Even though it's NOT suburbia! Guest access Guests may park on the street if you wish, please be mindful of which side to park on (there are road signs on the posts) to avoid parking ticket or you may park in the backyard. Guests may use all of the space except the bedrooms that are occupied by other suitemates and the wash room which comes with limitations, please see (wash room policies). The full kitchen is for your use, it is as photographed or even better as I do add amenities as time and suggestions goes by. Feel free to make yourself coffee or tea which is provided as well. During your stay Guests may contact me (your host) by telephone lists on the site, text messages are welcome as well. Other things to note Suggestions would be greatly appreciated by way of signing the Guest Book located in the living room. The interior is now complete, I'll be focusing my attention on upgrading the exterior to include porches repairs, fencing and painting. will be complete in short order as the weather permits! So, please be patient. This is a private 1 bedroom on the 1st floor of a 3 story house. The front door is protected by a storm door and securely lock with a Smart lock deadbolt. This is your entrance door. This room is immediately on your left after being inside. Use the rear doors to get to your cars in the backyard. Because of the liveliness of the city of Hartford, if you are a light sleeper, think before booking.
