Safe, secure, and easy self-check-in procedures with 24/7 building security. The space For international FIFA World Cup 2026 fans, my condo is the perfect location! We are only 3.4 km from BMO Field, the soccer stadium where the matches will be played. There is a train station directly connected to my condo VIA an underground tunnel, which you can use to get to the stadium. On non-game days, you’re perfectly positioned to explore downtown Toronto. Most major attractions are within a 5–10 minute walk, including the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, waterfront and harbourfront, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. For everyday convenience, there is even an underground supermarket connected to the building. Many restaurants and entertainment venues are close by. The condo is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Good for work/study from home & Zoom meetings. It is a completely private space. The entire unit is yours to enjoy. There isn't anyone else to share the space with you. Guest access - Deliveries from restaurants, groceries, and meal plans are permitted. - The supermarket is just across the street and it is connected VIA an underground tunnel (PATH). Other things to note Parties and gatherings at Airbnb houses are illegal under the City of Toronto bylaw and banned by Airbnb's global anti-party policy. No special events, commercial activities, photoshoots, video making, or outside guests are allowed. Anyone who is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a part of a social gathering (if you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking). There are surveillance cameras in the public hallways right outside the condo (no recording devices inside your unit). There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware, can only be triggered by large-scale parties). Social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the condo. Should such an event occur, it will be detected. In that case, we will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will be forfeited in case of such a violation. This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes. I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual safety. We welcome respectful guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and well-located space. We also observe Airbnb's new pilot program in Toronto that requires guests to be 25+ to book entire homes. We will regrettably not be able to host your stay if your group is mostly under 25. This is a residential condo with mostly long-term residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
