The spacious living room is the ideal place to kick back and relax after a busy day out and about. You can log in to your favourite streaming app to watch your favourite shows on the 50-inch flat-screen tv or kick back with a book. The fully equipped kitchen has all the basics you should need for an ideal self-catering stay. The dining area has a dining table with space for 4. The patio doors in the dining area lead out into the outside space. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. Two of which are home to single beds and the other a comfy double. All rooms have storage for your belongings and all the beds guarantee the same premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure that the whole party has the perfect night's sleep. The main bathroom includes a bath, WC & basin. Our home boasts free WiFi throughout and a virgin TV in the living room. There is free allocated parking to the rear. Anchorage Place is the perfect location for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airports. Anchorage place is situated in a perfectly quiet residential area just 5 minutes from the river tees where the infamous infinity bridge is located and makes for a nice walk out. Please note the property does not have a shower Stockton High Street is within a 10-minute walk of our place. Thornaby Train Station is just a 5-minute walk from the house and Stockton Train Station is 0.8 miles away. Teesside Airport is just 16km away. The house is also close to Teesside Park, Middlesbrough & Yarm. Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required.
