Escape to Guayanilla's mountains without sacrificing comfort, a cool atmosphere with a spectacular view. Not too far from town, but far enough to enjoy your peace. 20min away from Ponce, 10min away from local beaches & rivers, 10-15min away from local restaurants, bakery, gas station, grocery stores, etc. In town. For the guest's convenience both rooms have A/C, the house has a clean water cistern & a generator that powers the house in case of a power outage. (PLEASE READ DETAILS & GUIDELINES) Guest access Guests will be booking the entire house, for security purposes guests wont have access to the room down stairs or the indoor garage. Please be aware, also for security purposes, DO NOT let children wonder alone in the backyard of the property, there are areas that have high drops and are not protected or covered by rails. Keep in mind that you are going to a mountain area and there will be some hill roads. The roads are all paved and any car can make it up to the property, there are some narrow roads so if you have a big vehicle it will take some patience and caution to get there. The host will send all the info and directions the morning of Check-In day. If necessary the host will guide the guests to the property on the day of arrival. Other things to note Guests can smoke anywhere outside the house away from any and all windows so the smell doesn't get inside the house, if need be, close the windows. Please throw all cigarette buds in the trash, do not leave them on the ground or anywhere on the property. It is completely prohibited to smoke anywhere inside the house. Please make sure all lights, A/C's and electronics are off when not using them or when out the house. Please verify that the front door is locked and keys are in the Key LockBox before leaving the property. When not at the house the Gate must always be locked.
