Beautiful bright big family home

Bring the whole family - with lots of room for fun. A beautiful garden, amazing amenities for children, lots of bed-space for family. Minutes from the beach by car and extremely walkable & bike-able. Enjoy local park steps away, beautiful quiet cul-de-sac. Play house, trampoline, giant playroom for the kids. Living areas for the parents. Barbeque and yard to enjoy warm summer nights. Tons of fun nearby: 4-minute drive to White rock pier, 11 min to Crescent Beach. The space This is our family home - and we will be back to it shortly, so we expect you to treat it with respect and leave it as you found it! There is no smoking and no events permitted in the house. Upstairs: There is a master bedroom with ceiling fan, fireplace and ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. There is a guest room with king sized bed and a children's bedroom. These rooms share a full bathroom. Downstairs: There are 3 separate living areas, including a very large play/games room. The main living room has a double pull out couch and there is also a queen sized inflatable bed available. The full kitchen has everything you should need! There is a mud-room with washer and dryer - cleaning supplies, and brooms, etc. There is a central vacuum if needed or a small portable one. The backyard has a playhouse, trampoline, disc swing and monkey bars. Children (and grownups!) use the trampoline at your own risk. There are lots of games and toys - please use them respectfully and leave them behind as they are shared by our kids for your enjoyment! There is a BBQ with propane that is self-lighting and utensils available. Please clean it after each use. The garden: Is extensive and you should be able to pick fresh fruit each day - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries. There will be apples and figs at some point too. The garage: Has a full gym - which is used 100% at your own risk. There is a treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, weights and a bench. There are beach chairs, toys, and a wagon for the beach in the garage and coolers available in the shed. The neighbourhood: We live in a quiet cul-de-sac and have wonderful neighbours. There are a lot of kids in the neighbourhood, so please drive carefully. There is a park around the corner, the beach is 20 min walk or 4 min drive away. Wifi password is in a frame in the kitchen. Nearby to explore: Historic White Rock and pier (ice cream and sunsets!), Crescent Beach, Redwood park, Crescent Park, Sunnyside outdoor pool. South Surrey Athletic Park is a 5-7 min drive, as is Centennial Park. Vancouver is 35 min by car and North and West Vancouver are about 50-60 min depending on traffic. It takes about 2 hours to get to Whistler. Happy to provide recommendations! NO SMOKING or events in this family home. Garbage cans and recycling should all be empty prior to checkout - there are large bins along the side of the house - they go out on Tuesdays. Parking. There are 2 spots available in the driveway and generally lots of free parking on the street. BBQ needs to be cleaned for the next guest prior to checkout. You can let yourself in any time after 3:00pm and must check out by 11:00am. Prior to checkout: Put all the towels and linens in the bathtub. Take all garbage to the bins at the side of the house. Clean out fridge and freezer please. Clean bbq for next guest. Let me know when you have left! Other things to note The grass will be cut on Monday mornings and there is an irrigation system that requires the taps to be left on - please don't turn them off outside! The bins will be taken out by neighbours from the side of the house on Tuesday morning and put back on Tuesday evening. If you would prefer to do that, just let us know.
