Only 10 min drive from numerous shopping, entertainment & dining options. Close to Saratoga Racetrack (18 min), Saratoga Performing Arts Center (20 min) and Skidmore College (23 min). Just a short drive to downtown Albany & surrounding capital region (Colonie, Troy, Schenectady, Ballston Spa). The space This lovely Airbnb is your peaceful home away from home...You will have access to your own full kitchen with all amenities and brand-new appliances, a private bathroom with full shower and an oversized tub, a cozy living room with Roku TV / cable and a large bedroom with a king size bed and a second TV! -Free off-street parking and self check-in. -Privately-owned basketball court and a separate outdoor back patio for guests to use and enjoy during the warmer months (Late April through October). We have several outdoor games for you to utilize, by request. Indoor games are found in the TV stand cabinet. -Feel-free to unwind at the Airbnb! We have provided a small, separate workspace and lounge area off the side of the bedroom with a desk and couch for leisurely reading, relaxing or work-related tasks. Free high-speed WiFi available. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire in-law apartment through the separate entrance. No shared spaces! The apartment is connected to the main house, where my husband and I live with our dog, but there won’t be direct access in and out of the Airbnb from our home. For privacy, the connecting door will be locked at all times during your stay! **Although we do our best to be quiet and have sound-proofed the connecting door, you may hear us from time to time. We have included an air purifier in the living room that can be kept on to use as a white noise machine, as well as a sound machine in the bedroom. Other things to note The Airbnb is located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac with no thru traffic. We do have a railroad track nearby, but the occasional passing freight trains are quiet and do not sound horns. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property.
