Extra: There is an indoor pool and sauna in the villa. Pool: There is a private swimming pool and an indoor heated pool. The pool dimensions are 12 m x 4 m and the depth is 1.50 m. The indoor pool is 7 x 3 meters and the depth is 1.20 meters. Indoor pool and garden and pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. Garden: There is a private swimming pool and sunbeds, sun umbrella, dining table, pool table, table tennis, foosball and stone barbecue in the lush garden. Extra cleaning, extra new linens and towels, rental car, guide services, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. There are no hygiene consumables (toilet paper, food/beverages, etc.) in the villas. All our villas located in nature are regularly disinfected. However, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas. * Due to high demand, there may be electricity and water outages, low voltage, infrastructure and construction work in all villas in the Ölüdeniz region. About Pool Heating: The maximum temperature level that pools with heating feature will reach is 28°C. Especially between late November and early March, the pool water warms up to a maximum of 26°C due to weather conditions. Damage Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken during check-in for damage, loss, breakage, spillage, etc. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa when there are no problems such as broken, damaged, lost items.
