We invite you to our very sunny gîte which has as an exterior a small front door, a large swimming pool area with an equipped kitchen, a TV, a dishwasher, fridges and toilets in this same location. To get there, all you have to do is take a path along a stream (1 minute from the gîte). In the surrounding area you can also find all kinds of hiking to do as well as numerous rivers. Located on the side of the road 20 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc. The space We rent our cottage below our main house. It comprises : - A small front door - For the interior of the cottage there is a kitchen equipped with oven and microwave, hotplate, high extractor and fridge/freezer - A small living room with sofa, TV and reversible air conditioning - A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink - A space for the washing machine. - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 bedroom with single bed - (possibility of adding a baby bed) For the private swimming pool area for the tenant only, it includes: - a covered dining area with mosquito net curtain, armchair and TV - a kitchen equipped with gas hob, plancha, microwave and sink - in the technical room there is: toilet, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and sink. - swimming pool with hammock and 4 deck chairs Guest access The accommodation is located on the side of the road and at the rear of the cottage you will have a very pleasant passage along the edge of the stream for access to the equipped swimming pool area. Places located right next to superb hiking in a small Provençal village and numerous rivers for swimming. Places also 20 minutes from the famous Pont d'Arc valley.
