Queen size bed in the bedroom, and a Sofa sleeper on living room. One bathroom with a shower. The Downtown Blue Resort includes 4 apartments that share the Heated Pool. Laundry Room inside each unit. Apartments share a common rest and pool area. Bookings from January to March are for adult guests only. No children are permitted from January-March. Very close to Down Town area, to the Cape Coral Yacht Club and to the Cape Coral Beach. We are located in the south part of Cape Coral, close to the Cape Coral Bridge. That provides easy access to Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. The Down Town area offer countless bars and restaurants for you evenings fun. Our apartments were totally remodeled, very clean, everything is brand new, modern and bright. The resort is totally fenced and offer a total privacy. Each apartments have its own private BBQ grill for your outside grilling. All apartments have linens, towels, start rolls or paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival. Out Kitchens are equipped with new appliances, microwave and coffee maker. You will enjoy an unforgettable stay in our Downtown Blue Resort. Guest access You will have access to whole apartment, as well as to your private BBQ grill, Cable TV with over 120 channels, WIFI internet and your dedicated parking space on the premises. Only one car per reservation. Other things to note Owner requires ID verification upon booking, prior to check-in. We host only travelers and vacationers- no locals. For stays of 7 days or more, Owner will require Traveler to sign Booking Agreement (owner will email) and provide a list of occupants and cars. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: The principal of the group must be 25 years of age. No minors, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. This Suite is not a party House. We will not rent to vacationing students spring breakers. No Commercial vehicles allowed, No Recreational Vehicles (Boats, Jetski, Motor Homes, RV's, etc) per City of Cape Coral Regulations. POOL HOURS 8:00 am - 10:00 pm No Smoking or drinking on Pool Area Visitors are OK inside the unit. Visitors can not use the pool. Pool is only for the registered guests usage. For your safety, we have a cameras in the pool area and parking lot. Only one car per reservation (per unit) Electric cars charging is $5/day If Guest breaks any of the house rules, like having a pet, or having a guest count more than disclosed, the reservation may be canceled and NO REFUNDS will be issued. Our cancellation policy will be followed and enforced.
