Located in a quiet family neighborhood this home is only 15 minutes or less to Otterbein University, Ohio State University, CMH airport, and Downtown Columbus. Perfect for long term work assignments. No minors please The space The space is part of my residence. The unit has it's own private access to come and go as you please. It is locked from the rest of my home. I respect peoples privacy but am usually available if needed. The peaceful setting is unique! Guest access - Jacuzzi tub & standing shower - Off street parking - Internet - New Smart TV with access to your HBO Go or Netflix (URL HIDDEN). No cable so Local channels only. HDMI cable is attached for laptop use. Other things to note The space is very clean and all towels, soaps and sanitizers are included. The space is below my living area so sometimes you may hear walking etc. but quiet hours are strictly observed.
