The Old Post Office - Annexe

The Old Post Office annexe is a large, characterful and comfortable ground floor one bedroomed annexe flat with private patio in the tranquil village of Marloes; an ideal base for visiting Skomer island, walking the coastal path or enjoying the magnificent beaches of Pembrokeshire. The annexe is part of a larger two storey house underneath the bedrooms of the house - please see picture. It can be rented separately or with the house for larger parties. One dog considered off-season The space Formerly the original old post office, the annexe is a large one bedroomed flat furnished with wood flooring in the living area and bedroom, central heating and wood burning stove. The open-plan sitting room and dining area is furnished with two sofas (one a pull-out bed) and wood burning stove. The sitting room opens into a small dining area with drop leaf table and chairs. Two steps lead down to the terracotta tiled galley style kitchen which overlooks the patio. Utilities include a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and integrated washer/dryer. A breakfast bar and two high chairs provide an alternative eating area. For those of you who loved the bath but wanted a shower, I am pleased to say a fabulous walk in shower has been installed, which given the space restrictions has meant a smaller sink had to be fitted - so if a good sized bathroom sink is a must, then the annexe if not for you - please see the picture. Access to the patio is via a side gate. Access to the Internet is inclusive. Other things to note Please see advert for the Old Post Office house.
