Brand New! Close to HMT! Mountain Minion 1

Brand new cabin/cottage located just outside Man, WV. We are 3 miles away from Rockhouse and Braveheart HMT Trail heads as well as Outlaw trails! Private bedroom (Queen) as well as a loft bedroom (full), and a second loft with 3 pull out (twin) beds. The lofts are open to the floor below. The sofa also pulls out to a full size bed. Outside we have a charcoal grill, picnic table, and 4 chairs. We also provide corn hole boards for you to enjoy a relaxing evening after riding the trails. The space For your convenience, we have posted a video of the property on YouTube. Just search Mountain Minion 1. Downstairs is a private bedroom. It has a queen bed, and storage ottoman. This is where some extra linens and towels can be found. The kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop, service for 8, drip coffee maker, sink (Dawn dish liquid in the pump on back of sink), microwave, and a dorm fridge. We have cooking and serving utensils available as well as coffee and filters. The bathroom is a 3 piece bath. You have a tub and shower combo, toilet, and sink. Over the downstairs bedroom is our first loft bedroom. It is open to the rest of the home. There is a full size bed and storage ottoman there as well. We try to keep extra linens there as well. Over the kitchen and bath is our ladder loft. There are 3 twin pull out beds: 2 chairs and an ottoman. There is also a storage ottoman here that contains sheets, pillows, and blankets for these three beds. The living area has a sofa (pullout full bed) and 2 chairs. The mini split ac unit is also located here. To maximize your comfort, please leave the ceiling fan on at all times to keep the home a constant temperature. The ac remote is located in its holder beside the door. The tv is on guest mode. This means you can log in to your favorite streaming services and on the day you check out, you will automatically be logged out of your account. No worries about forgetting! The TV remote is located on the coffee table in the living room. Guest access We do have a lock box located to the right of the door. Code is provided at check in.
