This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1200 square foot loft-style apartment above a giant Shop and multi-use space, on a large 10-acre private property. The living space is elevated, and the views are amazing! it's quiet and cozy, feel free to take a walk through the hayfield down to the pond or play and relax in the huge grass yard. say hi to the Alpacas that live here :) Guest access Guest access is on the top floor of the building only. Feel free to explore the grounds of the property, take a walk to the pond in the North-East corner, and enjoy the outdoor space :) Other things to note Important: Always Make sure you close the gates behind you, there are Alpacas on the property that are normally free grazing. They are gentle and harmless animals.
