The space Just like home…this condo has all the cooking items and at home items…we provide beach chairs (4) Shibumi Shade, Beach Cart and Beach Towels….stacked Washer and Dryer in the condo….the View from Balcony is amazing overlooking the pool, hottub area and Seawall to view the beach…sunrise and sunsets, Dart Board on balcony for entertainment as well as Tennis Court on site setup for Pickle ball as well…we provide 4 tennis rackets and Pickle ball paddles! All Smart Tv’s (3) WIFI UNIT & ALEXI Single stay use Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and lotion provided for guests…Dispenser styles are no longer provided to assure guest safety. No Alcohol is provided complimentary for any reservation as we can’t guarantee all guests are 21yo…snacks only at this time. Local insects include ants, chiggers, palmetto bugs, cockroaches, silverfishes, spiders, love bugs, big bugs, small bugs, tiny bugs, and all kinds of bugs are part of Galveston’s wildlife. Since we are located in a coastal region with wetlands, these insects are a natural occurrence. However, we take steps to control these bugs including having the houses treated every three months by our great local pest control company. Per the pest control company, the spraying does not prevent them from crawling or flying in through open doors. However, if they do get in, they will not survive for long. There is a chance you may see them unexpectedly during your stay, but rest assured that the houses have been treated to prevent infestation.
