Our guest suite is located around a 15 minute drive (during non-peak hours) to downtown Vancouver, Metrotown, Richmond, and Vancouver International Airport. The space Welcome to our 700 sq. ft. basement suite—a comfortable space with all the essentials for your stay. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Queen memory foam bed • Bedroom 2: Full/double memory foam bed • Living Room: Sofa bed (extra bedding available) 🍽 Kitchen & Amenities: • Full-size appliances, Keurig coffee machine, and basic cookware • In-suite washing machine (no dryer, drying racks provided) • High-speed internet & 55" Smart TV (Chromecast, no cable) • Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries included 🚗 Convenience & Location: • Street parking available • Playground across the street & bus stop 3 minutes walk away 🔊 Important to Note: • This is a basement suite, so you may hear footsteps and muffled sounds from above • No A/C, but a portable fan is available upon request If you're okay with some overhead noise, we'd love to host you! Please remove your shoes indoors to help keep the space clean. 😊 Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the entire suite to yourself with your own private entrance in the rear. There is a flight of stairs leading to the unit. The unit is self check-in with a lockbox. Please let us know if you need assistance with anything as we live upstairs and would be more than happy to help out! Other things to note The floors above are occupied by the home owner. House rules: • Guests must keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. Music, bass, or loud conversations should not be audible outside your unit. No parties or events are allowed. • Please no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (ie: cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping products, etc.) • No undeclared guests.
