UC Irvine, is within five minutes drive, Newport beach, John Wayne Airport is around 10 minutes drive; Disneyland is around 20 minutes driving away; LAX and San Diego are around 1 hour driving away. Near freeway, but very quiet. Surrounded by parks, trees, fresh airs every moment. ***Great floorplan: Three bedrooms: two of them have slide doors to the side yard and backyard, with sunshine in rooms. There is a bunk bed in the third bedroom, ideal for kids. Two bathrooms, bot with two vanities and walk in shower. Modern kitchen open to dining place, with one slide door to the beautiful side yard. All are on the same floor, no stairs, great for family with kids or elder members. ***Great decoration and supplies: We decorate high quality furniture to ensure your stay comfortable. Washer and dryer. Cooking supplies, dishes, pans, glasses, bedding linens, bath shampoo/ conditioner etc, all all well prepared. ***Great neighborhood: Very quiet community, lots of amenities: swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, library, adventure park(free). all within walking distance. No party or event on the premise, both inside and outside this house. Failure to follow this rule may be evicted immediately. Please respect the peaceful neighborhood and not create noise inside and outside of the property. 2. No smoking both inside and outside the house please. 3. If you have furry family members, we welcome them but please keep them away the beds and sofas. 4. The cleaning fee is for cleaning/washing bedding sets/towels, sanitizing, disinfecting, cleaning and fresh the house, not including trash picking up. We prepared trash bags and cans in the garage, so please put all your food trash in the bags, tie the trash bags and then put them in the trash can. Empty bottles etc. please put them in the recycling can. 5. The maximum number of cars is 2, please park your car in the attached garage and public parking lots.
