The space The top floor is where the magic is found. The kitchen is equipped with all that you’ll need to cater for a full house with 900mm oven and dishwasher, the full size family fridge with ice and filtered water can be found in the butlers pantry. The kitchen adjoins the open space living with a large dinning table and oversized comfy couch to watch the 75” tv or enjoy the views from the large windows. Enjoy your meals alfresco on the extensive balcony and outdoor entertainment area or again simply relax and enjoy the views. The master suite is also located off the balcony. It’s comfort with yet again a view, settle on the king sized bed with high quality linen and watch the 50” tv. The master suite also has a large en-suite and walk in robe. Completing the amenities of the top floor is a powder room. The lower floor will not disappoint; a second lounge room with large comfy couch is perfect for snuggling and watching the 75” tv. The full bathroom has a spacious shower and a large bath, a separate toilet is located on this floor also. The laundry is fully equipped with a washer and a heat pump dryer. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note As this is a double story house there are stairs and no gates.
