Our modernized, centrally located apartment is located in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, about a three-minute walk to the beach and directly adjacent to the Nordseedeich mother-child clinic. A small bakery on the ground floor provides you with fresh rolls and cakes in the morning. Close to the ice cream parlor you will find delicious ice cream. For leisure activities, a bicycle and go-kart rental is located directly at the house (opening times are seasonally dependent). The space The furnished apartment (about 48 sqm) is located in the attic. It has a cozy living room and a modern well-equipped kitchenette. On this level there is a modernized shower room/toilet and a double room with two sleeping options. Via the stairs in the living room you can reach the converted attic, where there are two more sleeping areas. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view towards the North Sea. Other things to note Important note: Friedrichskoog stands for a natural North Sea vacation with the whole family. In order to ensure this experience in the future, the place will be realigned and modernized for tourism. The measures include the renovation of the spa park, the redesign of the Trischendamm as a walkable coastal protection structure and the legally prescribed dike reinforcement. From April 2024 until spring 2026, extensive construction and modernization work will be carried out on the bathing beach and in the spa park. This can lead to restrictions on the external surfaces as well as construction noise. Please note that the bathing beach is not usable during the entire construction period. The new spa park and the Trischendamm have already been opened and offer a wide range of recreational and exercise opportunities for all age groups.
