The house is next to an old school & this house is the former teacher's residence. On Österlen, it is close to everything & there is plenty to experience: swimming, beaches, food, drink, culture, beautiful scenery, hiking, golf, paddle tennis, etc. The space The charming apartment with its own entrance has 3 bedrooms distributed on two floors. Kitchen and living room. Washing machine in the bathroom. Guests have access to a large private part of the park-like garden with two private patios. It is within walking distance to the sea and the nice beach. Or you can take one of the bikes available for guests. In the village, there is both a bakery and a restaurant. Close (about 3 km) to the cozy fishing community of Skillinge where there are several restaurants, grocery store, tennis & paddle courts, sports ground, opportunities for sailing, theater and shops. Several golf courses are within a 30-minute drive.
