The space is thoughtfully designed to combine modern aesthetics, functionality and a high level of comfort. Despite its central location, the apartment offers peace and privacy, a large super king size bed (2×2 m) for excellent rest, a modern bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays. Thanks to the smart lock and self check-in system, arrival is easy and flexible – anytime after 2 PM (even in the middle of the night!). It is an ideal choice for couples, solo travellers or business guests who want to stay in the center of the action while enjoying tranquility, quality and complete comfort. Fun fact: In this 18th-century building lived the famous violin maker Ivan Hus, on the floor above the apartment – often called the “Croatian Stradivari.” 🎻 Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio apartment, which includes a sleeping and living area, a fully equipped kitchenette (Nespresso machine with original capsules, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle and a stovetop), a selection of teas, and a private bathroom. In the bathroom, there is also a fully stocked drawer with items guests may have forgotten or might need during their stay. The whole apartment is for guests only – there are no shared spaces. Other things to note The apartment is located on the ground floor, with no stairs, making it very convenient for guests with luggage and easy access on arrival. The entrance is directly from street level. It is situated in a pedestrian zone, so direct car access to the entrance is not possible, but public garages and parking options are available nearby.
