From the main living area large sliding doors open onto a covered patio overlooking Harrington Sound. Ideal for outdoor dining or lounging and with a BBQ grill nearby. No need for a swimming pool as our private dock provides access to a lovely quiet sandy bay of Harrington Sound. Water sports equipment included such as kayaks, SUPs, snorkels and inflatable floating platform. The property is three bed - two and a half bath. The master has an ensuite, flat screen tv and walk-in wardrobe while the other two queen size bedrooms share a separate bathroom. There are blackout blinds in all bedrooms and air conditioning throughout the home. The highly popular Rustico’s Italian restaurant, Village Pantry, Bermuda Aquarium and infamous Swizzle Inn are with minutes’ drive. The Loren Beach Club, Mid Ocean Golf & Beach Club, Tuckers Golf & Beach Club, beautiful John Smiths Bay, Crystal Caves and Spittal Pond Nature Reserve are all within 10 minutes’ drive. The property is 15 minutes’ drive from Hamilton City with bus stops close by. Caution should be taken with young children as the coastal property boundary can be rugged in parts.
