This is a warm, spacious, and thoughtfully designed residence, ideal for families or groups seeking a high-quality, comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the city. The home features three generously sized bedrooms upstairs, including a large primary suite with a king bed, spa-like ensuite, and walk-in closet. A dedicated nursery includes a toddler bed, and the third bedroom offers two single beds. With 2.5 bathrooms, full laundry, and ample storage, the home is exceptionally well suited for longer stays. The main level includes a chef-style kitchen with double ovens and stainless steel appliances, a large dining area, a formal living room, and a separate family room, allowing plenty of space to gather or relax. Two fireplaces add warmth and comfort throughout the home. Guests enjoy access to a private back deck and the backyard, as well as exclusive use of the full driveway. The backyard is shared with our long-term basement tenants, who occupy a separate portion of the lower level. They are quiet, respectful, and friendly. They do have a dog; however, the dog cannot access back deck or guest areas. The home is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, offering an excellent balance of privacy, space, and convenience during peak summer season and major event periods. This home is offered selectively and prepared with great care. We are seeking respectful guests who will treat the space as they would their own and appreciate staying in a true family residence rather than a typical short-term rental. Our house has a separate, partitioned suite in the basement. We have long term, quiet and lovely tenants living there.
