Stylish double loft room near Bristol city centre

A double loft room decorated in a tasteful vintage-style inspired by our Victorian four-bed house. Central location: 25 minute walk to Bristol city centre; 4 mins walk to local train station; 5 min journey to Clifton; and 3 mins to the Bristol to Bath cycle path. Conveniently located close to supermarkets, shops, pubs, restaurants and St George and Netham Parks. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge - with owner. The space A Victorian end-terrace property in a small cul-de-sac in Redfield. The house has a lounge, large kitchen diner and utility room on the ground floor. There are four bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the second floor in an impressive loft conversion completed a few years ago. There is a small garden at the rear with a cute brick built shed and a private lawned area and patio. There is also a nice view of the old parish hall next door with its impressive facade. The house has central heating and a combi boiler and has smoke alarms in every room. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the bathroom on the first floor, and all of the downstairs space - the lounge, kitchen diner and of course the garden. During your stay I am usually around, although I go into my office in the centre of Bristol two or three days a weekl. Occasionally I will be away for a day or two. My son lives here full-time and my daughter is here part of the week. I am always available via my mobile.
