Situated above the Hounds Rest pub, it offers a charming view of downtown with a newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen adding modern convenience. Just blocks from the bus/train station and proximity to an array of local attractions from vibrant bars and cafes to eclectic restaurants, bookstores, and boutiques, the best of downtown Champaign is just steps away. The space The Walnut is a 2nd story apartment in downtown Champaign located above the Hounds Rest pub. Please note that guests will need to be able to manage a flight of stairs to access this suite. This suite features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a welcoming living room, totaling approximately 550 sq. ft. Guest access Situated on the second floor within a complex of four apartments, each unit has its own private entrance. While all four suites share a main security door entrance, guests will have exclusive access to their apartment via custom guest codes assigned to their reservation, ensuring both security and privacy during their stay. Other things to note PARKING: Overnight parking is available nearby in the Hill Street Parking Deck. (123 W. Hill Street) There is no onsite parking due to the suites being in Downtown Champaign. RATES: $0.75 per hour from 3 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday ($9.75 daytime maximum) No Charge all other times including ALL DAY on Saturdays, Sundays, and City Holidays. No Time Limits! Stay as long as you want and pay upon exit Credit and debit accepted 24/7 at the Exit gates.
