Modern and cozy apartment, come and see.... The space 02 Rooms 1st: double It contains a double bed, (new Orthocrim mattress) pillows, blanket and sheets. We also have a rack for hanging clothes. 2nd: Single: It contains 3 single beds (new Orthocrim mattresses), pillows, a blanket and sheets. We also have a rack for hanging clothes Room: It contains a SMART TV with NETFLIX available. A beautiful modern sofa bed that turns into a double bed. We also have a suspended rack that matches the corner tables. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a counter, leaving the environment beautiful and modern. In the kitchen, we have a refrigerator (new), 1-burner induction stove (super fast), pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc. We also have a bathroom with a hot shower and a service area with a tank, hanging clothesline, squeegee, broom, floor cloth, dustpan and basic cleaning utensils. I make available to customers, in addition to bed linens, soaps, toilet paper and detergent. Garage available (but it's a little small, check beforehand to see if your car fits).
