Beautiful country house with pool 40 minutes from Recife

Beautiful and comfortable country house, fully equipped, with a private swimming pool for guests and a gourmet kitchen ideal for relaxing in the countryside. The house and the entire property are walled and private. We have 4 bedrooms that accommodate 12 people in beds (+4 people in extra mattresses), with the availability of these rooms according to the number of guests, to be agreed in advance with the host. The space EXTERNAL AREA: private pool with gourmet kitchen and bathroom, barbecue, shower, lawn, two covered garages, gardens, orchard, balcony with chair games and hammock area. MAIN HOUSE: Suite with a double box bed, air-conditioning and television; second bedroom with two single box beds, air-conditioning and smart TV; social bathroom, full kitchen, dining room and living room with smart TV. INDEPENDENT SUITES: two poolside suites, each with two single beds and one double bed, air conditioning, smart TVs. Among them, there is a living room/kitchen. CONDOMINIUM: easy access, located on the banks of BR 408 (5 minutes from downtown Paudalho), more than 100 hectares of area, great for hiking, running and cycling. The Atlantic Forest Reserve where you can make trails and have greater contact with nature. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge and watchman that makes night rounds by motorcycle. In addition, inside the condominium there is a small convenience store where you can buy food, drinks, ice, charcoal, cleaning products, in short, small purchases. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Great fiber optic internet suitable for home office, watching classes, streaming. Pets are welcome; it is possible to accommodate up to 16 people (number of people negotiable), the daily price varies according to the number of days and guests. At night, the climate is mild, especially from May to August, when the minimum can reach 19º. In addition to the beds, we have extra mattresses. We only rent the space to one group at a time.
