Located on 10 acres near Fort Langley(6 min. drive), and close to Hwy 1(Exit 66/232nd st). Peaceful quiet area with surrounding farms. The suite has all amenities and fenced back yard for children and pets. It is a detached part of our main house. Thunderbird Show Park 5 minutes away. Whether you are looking for recreation in the surrounding area, a serene place to be, or just want to be near Historic Fort Langley, this property suite is the place to stay. The space Charming, ranch-style guesthouse in the heart of Fort Langley. Just a couple blocks away from Thunderbird Show Park, restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries and so much more. Perfect for weekend getaways, business or family trips, staycations, or cozy home base while exploring everything Fort-Langley has to offer. Unbeatable location just on the outskirts of Fort Langley, and minutes away from town. We have a shared driveway however the guesthouse suite has one parking available in the front and just to the right of the suite entrance (In front of the first garage door) is available for another car to park. If you may need more than 2 parking spots, please let the host know and we can make it available to you. Guest access Guests have access to the Farm Suite and the backyard. No access past the laundry suite (signs have been posted). There is no access past the gated area in the backyard (signs have been posted). Other things to note Guest Horse Trailer Parking: We have guest parking for horse trailers available as we sit on a beautiful 10-acre farm property. Pet-Care: We love our furry friends and would like to keep hosting them. Please help us do this by not leaving your pets unattended in our guesthouse. Extended Guests: No extended amount of guests other than those that are included in the booking for daytime or overnight stays. Appliances: Please help us keep our guesthouse functioning at its best ability, and turn off any appliances after your stay. Note: We kindly ask that the Air Conditioning Units are turned off if the guesthouse will be left unattended. Carpets: We ask that guests kindly remove their shoes upon arrival and not travel across the carpet with any shoes. Half of the unit is carpet while the other half is wood and vinyl. We would like to ensure that the carpet is kept at its best. Coffee: We have a regular brewing coffee machine and as well as a Keurig! We do not provide keurig pods!
