"Villa Valle de Lecrín" is a newly built house, located in the heart of the Lecrín Valley, just 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada, and 75 minutes from Malaga airport, so its location is ideal to enjoy the entire province of Granada; it has a huge porch with direct views of Lake Béznar from where you can see the spectacular sunsets that the valley offers. The space The villa has a fully independent extension of 10,000 m2 with the entire perimeter fenced; inside the enclosure there is free parking for several places. The house is divided into a living room-kitchen-dining room, 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Also on the front it has a very large porch overlooking the lake. Bedroom 1: occupies the entire upper floor with an area of about 45 m2; it is a spacious loft room with its own bathroom and with two spaces perfectly divided by a discreet bamboo separator; on one side, there is a double bed of 210 cm, and on the other, two single beds of 105 cm each. Bedroom 2: located on the ground floor and has a large 180 cm double bed. Bedroom 3: also located on the ground floor and consists of 2 single beds of 105 cm. The villa has a pool and garden area whose enclosure is fenced for the safety of small children. The pool is 8 x 4 meters and has a beach area. There are sun loungers and umbrellas in the garden, and it also has an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, toilet, and outdoor sofas, all under a wooden pergola. Other things to note The house has a high chair and free cot upon request. Entry to the villa by persons not previously registered and without prior notice is prohibited. Events can be held as long as it is notified well in advance and with express authorization from the host. Exceptionally and upon request you can mount 2 extra beds with extra cost. Access: Please note that the last kilometer to access the villa is a rural road that narrows in some sections. I recommend using a passenger vehicle to make driving easier.
