Casa27 is a just rebuilt apartment, a safe place, a quiet neighborhood. - 5 minutes walk to the Meda train station. - 3 minutes walk to the supermarket. - PARKING is on the street. It is Free and Safe. - WIFI - NETFLIX - Many restaurants around the area. - The kitchen is complemented by everything needed for cooking, stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and traditional espresso machine. For your well-being, it is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, SmartTV, washing machine... The space The house is on the second floor of the apartment complex and is over 70 m². It includes: 1 living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed, combined with the kitchen 2 bedrooms (one large and one smaller) 1 bathroom The place is very quiet and safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and is always stocked with essential ingredients such as oil, salt, pepper, chili, pasta and more... Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. My family lives next door, so we are always available if you need anything. If you’ve booked a room for two people but prefer to sleep separately, please let me know in advance, and I will arrange separate bedding for you. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at our place free of charge. Street parking is very safe and free. Private parking inside the complex is available for 5 euros per day (reservation required). Other things to note Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Parking is available on the street. It is free and safe. We also offer private parking for 5€/day (reservation required). The room rate is based on 2 guests sharing one bedroom. If you book for 2 guests but prefer to sleep in separate rooms, an additional fee of 25€ per stay will apply. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for 20€ per stay when using an available cot (reservation required).
