Renting a house for June. Baku.

We rent the house for the month of June 2024. There are:3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,laundry,dressing room,large hall for guests and kitchen. All furniture and appliances are new and in perfect condition. Hosting couples is prioritized. On the territory there is a swimming pool,a small veranda with furniture. A well-maintained area and a parking space. An additional fee will be charged for property damage. The house is 5 minutes from the sea. There are supermarkets,malls and restaurants nearby. The city is 15-30 minutes by car. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house for the safety and security of the furniture.
