🏡 Welcome to this quiet house, by the forest 🌲 – the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature 🍃 There is a kitchen open to the living room, perfect for sharing good times around an aperitif An office area with projector allows you to turn your evenings into movie sessions To prolong relaxation, the south-facing terrace awaits you with a barbecue and a hot tub available A quiet place to recharge your batteries, with friends, family or lovers The space 🏡 Welcome to this peaceful house, perfect for combining comfort, relaxation and work, close to the forest. 🛋️ Ground floor ➡️ A bright living room with a large TV, a high-end audio system, and a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people for the night. ➡️ A fully-equipped kitchen to easily prepare your meals. ➡️ A separate toilet. 🧑‍💻 Top floor (attic) ➡️ An office space with a single bed, a large desk, a comfortable corner sofa and a video projector, ideal for working or relaxing. This room can accommodate 2-3 people for sleeping. ➡️ A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large TV. ➡️ A large modern bathroom with shower, toilet and a single sink. 🌿 Basement and outside Access to a large south-facing terrace, equipped with a spa for 4 to 6 people and a gas barbecue (available from May 1st to September 30th) A large garden with a charming stream that runs through the property. ℹ️ Practical information A single air mattress is available in the bathroom closet. If you'd like to use the hot tub (May 1st - September 30th), please let me know before you arrive so I can prepare and treat it. Weather permitting, I will make it available until October (at an additional cost for the expensive heating during this season, given the low outside temperatures) For any other requests, please don't hesitate to contact me the day before your arrival. ✨ This house is a peaceful oasis, ideal for recharging your batteries, enjoying nature and spending quality time with family or friends. Guest access Ground floor Attic Terrace Garden Other things to note ⚠️ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests indicated at the time of booking ⚠️ ⚠️ Hot-tub/Spa Use & Maintenance To ensure clean and safe water throughout your stay, please be sure to follow these guidelines: ✅ Water treatment Check regularly that a chlorine tablet is present in the blue float. Chlorine is essential to disinfect the water and prevent bacteria, cloudy water, and algae. 🌡️ Hot tub temperature Do not heat the hot tub unnecessarily. The temperature should never exceed 100.4 °F (38 °C). From about 86–90°F (30–32°C), the effectiveness of chlorine decreases sharply, and above 97°F (36°C), chlorine degrades very quickly, which: negates the water treatment, promotes cloudy water, and causes the appearance of algae and bad smells. 👉 The ideal temperature is between 32 °C (90 °F) and 34 °C (93 °F). 🚿 Hygiene before use Please rinse yourself thoroughly in the shower before entering the hot tub. Creams, makeup, sweat, and impurities contaminate the water very quickly. Even with active treatment, poor hygiene makes the water dirty in a very short time. ❗ Keep in mind In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the water may become unfit for use and require a complete drain.
