🏡 Welcome to this quiet house, by the forest 🌲 – the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature 🍃 There is a kitchen open to the living room, perfect for sharing good times around an aperitif An office space with projector allows you to transform your evenings into movie sessions To extend the relaxation, the south-facing terrace awaits you with a barbecue and a hot tub available A quiet place to recharge your batteries, with friends, family or lovers The space 🏡 Welcome to this peaceful house, perfect for combining comfort, relaxation and work, close to the forest. 🛋️ Ground floor ➡️ A bright living room with a large TV, a high-end audio system, and a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 people for the night. ➡️ A fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals easily. ➡️ A separate toilet. ➡️ A wood-burning stove brings a warm touch to your winter evenings. If you wish to use it, please specify at the time of booking or no later than two days before your arrival, so that I can prepare everything necessary. 🧑‍💻 Top floor (attic) ➡️ A refurbished office space, with a single bed, a large desk, a comfortable corner sofa and a video projector, ideal for working or relaxing. This room can host 2-3 people for sleeping. ➡️ A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and its large TV. ➡️ A large modern bathroom with shower, toilet and a simple sink. 🌿 Basement and outside Access to a large south facing terrace, equipped with a 4-6 person spa and a gas barbecue. A large garden with a charming stream running through the property. щ️ Practical information A one-person air mattress & two-person air mattress can be made available on request. If you would like to use the hot tub(May - September), please let me know before you arrive so I can prepare and process it. Weather permitting I make it available until October(for an additional charge for expensive heating this season with views of low outside temperatures) Please let me know the day before your arrival for any other inquiries. ✨ This house is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature and spending friendly moments with family or friends. ❄️ Christmas Market Season From late November to January, the region lights up: several Christmas markets are nearby, whether in France, Belgium or Luxembourg. The perfect opportunity to taste local specialties and enjoy the festive spirit during your stay.
