Delightfully situated, between Cobo bay and Vazon bay, which are a 20 minute stroll away (or a 2 minute drive/cycle), and a 10 minute stroll to Sausmarez park or the wooded headland the Guet. Ideal for families & those who enjoy the best sunny beaches and beachlife, yet having a fabulous and calming retreat for an evenings rest. The space Oak House is a newly refurbished gem. It has a very large open kitchen diner and family area with an open snug with huge leather sofa where you can relax in front of the fire and watch a film on the smart TV. Thera re 3 good size double bedrooms, with 2 king beds and 2 singles. There is a lovely bathroom with roomy bath and separate shower cubicle. Also there is a utility with sink & open cupboards and washing machine with separate drier Off the utility is a separate toilet and sink. There is an outside door from the utility and you can access front and rear of the property as necessary. Outside there is a dining area and large parking area, which could accommodate up to 5 cars or more and there is a grassed area next to the dog enclosure. The property is part of a small holding and very rural with no near neighbours, and very private, and makes for a very restful and relaxing experience. And there are cows in the next field, and chickens & ducks further down, and the latest addition is Alfie the lamb who is now full grown and has 2 girlfriends and then there are piggies down the bottom of the field next door. Guest access The whole house is available. Please also note that if you are struggling with your booking and the required 4 days, please contact me and we might be able to accommodate 3 days. Other things to note Larisa my partner and children will likely be around most days, working the field next door and further down, accessing the separate garage and packing shed and sorting area. And we will be feeding the chickens ducks and Alfie & girlfriends and the piggies as necessary.
