Our peaceful space features warm lighting and rattan accents for a cozy, minimalist vibe—perfect for your next Airbnb-style stay. We’re close to Amsa Station, Gangdong-gu Office Station, and attractions like Amsa Prehistoric Site, Han River Park, and lively market alleys that showcase the charm of eastern Seoul. The space 📍Security & Safety Guests enter the accommodation using a digital door lock with a secure password. A CCTV camera is installed at the entrance for guest count verification and security. Safety equipment such as a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a portable flashlight are provided. 📍Cleanliness The space is disinfected after each stay, and phytoncide is used for freshness. Regular pest control is conducted to prevent insects from entering. All bedding and towels are replaced with fresh ones between guest stays. Bedding is sanitized using a steam cleaner and electric dryer. 📍Capacity A single mattress is provided for bookings of more than 5 guests. The maximum occupancy is 5 guests. 📍Transportation 10-minute walk from Amsa Station and 12-minute walk from Myeongil Station. Parking is not available. Please use nearby paid parking lots. ✈️ From Incheon Airport Take Bus No. 6200 from Incheon Airport Stop 4B (92604). Get off at Gangdong-gu Office Station Stop (25719), transfer to Subway Line 8 at Gangdong-gu Office Station, and get off at Amsa Station. Use Exit 1 and walk about 10 minutes to the property. Take Bus No. 6300 from Incheon Airport Stop 4B (92604). Get off at "Myeongil Station Exit 4 / Myeongil Traditional Market" stop. It’s about a 16-minute walk to the property from there. Guest access 📍 The accommodation is located on the ground floor and strives for pleasant management. 📍 The main room features 2 Queen size beds and a TV, while the sub-room is set up as a dining room with a 4-person table and a refrigerator. 📍Luxurious bedding and mattresses made of 100% natural cotton (Queen size bed). 📍Air conditioning, free WiFi, various OTT services (Netflix, YouTube). 📍The bathroom has been remodeled and is equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, disposable soap, shower towels, tooth brush, tooth paste, hair ties, cotton pads, towels, and a hairdryer. 📍Fully equipped cooking facilities and basic cooking utensils: induction stove, microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, Illy coffee machine, cooking utensils, 4 sets of tableware, serving tray, wine glasses, wine opener, basic seasonings (sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar), bottled water, coffee, tea. 📍The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. A single mattress will be provided for bookings of more than 5 guests. Other things to note ✔️ Please observe the following for the next guests and our room. ⛔️ Entire premises, including the bathroom, are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). If you smoke, a special cleaning fee + compensation for not being able to check in the next day will be charged, totaling 500,000 KRW. ⛔️ Please refrain from cooking odorous foods (such as fish or meat) to consider the next guests and our rooms. ⛔️ In case of property damage or stains that cannot be removed through washing, additional compensation costs or cleaning costs may occur. ⛔️ Please be mindful of noise after 9 PM.
