Pepadi Villa 2 - Private Pool

Kick back and relax in this calm, new 2-bedrooms villa. Nestled amidst the picturesque paddy fields of Sekinchan, you wake up feeling refreshed with a serene and amazing sunrise. Enjoy your own private pool, swim whenever you please, and with whom you like. Ideal times to visit are during paddy seasons of March-May and September-November when the fields look spectacular! The space Muslim friendly - no alcohol, pork, non-halal foods or pets are allowed at the premise. • Bedrooms In the bedroom, you'll find a freshly changed linen on the queen bed. The room is air-conditioned for your comfort. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom, while the second bedroom does not. • Bathroom There are 2 bathrooms in the villa. Each have a bidet and shower. Only one of the bathroom has a water heater. • Balcony Start your day with a refreshing coffee and pastry in our charming balcony facing the amazing view of paddy fields. • Private Indoor Pool Relax and make memories around our pool, a favorite spot for guests seeking fun. Dip in the cool water, soak up the rays or simply lounge poolside with your loved ones. • Living area Switch on the 55-inches android TV and enjoy the cable TV or sign in into your Netflix account. • Full-size Kitchen The kitchen area is well equipped, from appliances to utensils, to a 4-seaters dining table. We provide guests with refrigerator, gas stove, water dispenser, rice cooker, water kettle, sets of plates, spoons, forks, free coffees and teas. • Free Wi-fi Experience reliable internet connectivity for your entertainment or work with speed of up to 500Mbps. • Outdoor The view outside of the villa is a true highlight. A well maintained flowers and tress surround the property. You will have the opportunity to witness the beauty of Sekinchan's paddy fields up close. Our strategic location provide easy access to explore surrounding countryside, take leisurely walks through the fields, or even participate in paddy farming activities with locals. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including private pool, front yard, and the free car park area. Family/friends gathering is most welcome. Guest also have access to the following: • Washer • Barbecue equipment Other things to note • Breakfast/Dinner Arrangement We do not provide breakfast or dinner at the moment. But we can share with you the phone number of local people that can arrange that. • Bicycles/motorbike Bicycles/motorbikes are available for rental on first-come-first-serve basis. The rate is RM10/4 hours for the bicycles, and RM20/4 hours for the motorbike including fuel. • Extra bed We do not offer extra beds due to logistical issue, but we do provide 2 Japanese futons in the wardrobe. • Early Check-in We do not offer a pre-book early check-in, as they are subject to the villa availability. If it's available, there will be charges of RM25/hour. • Late Checkout It is possible to check-out late than the standard time of 12pm depending on availability. There will be charges of RM25/hour. Kindly note that for late check-outs between 2-6pm, an additional half-day charge will apply at the nightly room rate. Any check-outs after 6pm will be charged at a full day's nightly room rate.
