This stunning home was built in the late 1800's but has been tastefully renovated. The home is perfectly positioned opposite Stockton Beach where you can enjoy a fun day at the beach or simply relax on the sprawling balconies and enjoy the uninterrupted views. The space Located in the beach side suburb of Stockton, ‘Oceanview Heritage Lodge’ is in the perfect location whether you are a family, group, or couple getting away. With Stockton beach easily accessed across the road, you can enjoy the areas coastal walks, cycling, trendy cafes, family dining and some of the region’s most picturesque countryside. Add to that, you are only a 5 minute ferry ride away from Newcastle, a 45 minute drive away from the award winning wineries in the Hunter Valley or a 40 minute drive from the stunning Port Stephens. Williamtown Airport is only a short 15 minute drive from the home. Oceanview Heritage Lodge has 4 spacious bedrooms Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - 2 King Single Beds The first floor contains 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and garaging for one car. The second floor has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. You will also find the fourth bedroom, a second bathroom, a large covered and screen balcony with seating for 10 people and a further partially covered balcony with outdoor lounging. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need during your stay. Oceanview Heritage Lodge is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that Stockton has to offer. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home! There’s also a dedicated garage, enough to fit a small to medium size car. After entering the front door, the garage door opener is attached to the wall on the first door to the right. If you have a bigger car or more than one car, there’s usually lots of street parking right in front of the lodge. Other things to note We provide fresh linen for the beds with quilts and pillows, with extra blankets. We also provide bath towels and a bath mat. We ask that guests bring their own beach towels. Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Stockton is only across the water from Newcastle and there is a regular, inexpensive ferry service.
