A must see!🤩😍 If you like history, you will love it here. The main building used to be a power plant over 100 years ago. If you enjoy nature, you have immediate access to the Trail de Paris that spans 3.3 miles. This space is super cozy for 2, private entrance. Access to a shared lounge. One of a kind property! 69 miles from Hochatown. The space Your front door takes you into the partial kitchen/coffee bar/living room area. The kitchen consists of a sink, microwave, mini fridge. There is no stove, but there is a grill on your porch. From there you can make your way into the bedroom. It has a queen size bed with built in side tables and lamps. The lamps arms are adjustable, great for those who love to cuddle up and read. You can open the shutters to enjoy your view or keep them closed if you prefer. There is a small private laundry room for your convenience. A bathroom with a stand up shower (no tub, sorry) and a snazzy dressing room with a full length mirror and a spot to get ready. If you want to venture out into the common area, you can exit your living room and you will find the lounge and game table. We live on the property, so you may see an occasional family member in this area. It allows you to see the inside structure of the building, which is really cool. We enjoy telling people the history of the property and how it was built into a home. If you’re interested of course, no pressure to socialize if you’re seeking quiet and privacy. There are several stores within half a mile of you’ve forgotten something. Downtown Paris is approximately 12 miles and has several great places to eat and shop. Guest access You will have access to the apartment via the lock box that is mounted outside your front door. Access to a LARGE shared covered porch that has a charcoal grill available for use, along with a bench, table and chairs. A lounge area that has a 3-in-1 game table, which includes: pool, air hockey and table tennis. There is also a huge lawn and a side lawn that has a concrete table and benches.
