Do not attempt to open it. • Avoid parking in other residents' bays to prevent clamping and fines! Other things to note • ID Required for Access: All guests are required to submit a copy of their government-issued ID (South African ID or international passport) before arrival. This is a mandatory requirement for registration with estate security. Please do not book if you are unable or unwilling to provide this. • Parking Instructions: To avoid having your vehicle clamped and fined by the estate, please park only in the allocated bay designated for the apartment.
