The whole Beach house can accommodate a total of 14 pax comfortably. Note: 1 pax can be added to each guest room and 2 pax can be added to master bedroom. Total capacity will be 18 pax. Other things to note PLEASE BE NOTED of the following details: - Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 nn. - Kindly inform us of your arrival so we can provide assistance, as our parking lot is located outside the beach house. - We implement strict check-out time to ensure that the Beach House is ready to be occupied by the incoming guest at 2 pm. - In case there is no next guest, an extension of stay can be arranged by paying an amount of Php700 per hour with a maximum of 3 hours of extension only. Same rates applied for early check-in.
