The property is completely fenced, so you are guaranteed absolute privacy. Guest access The house was completed in 2014 out of love for architecture and nature. It consists of materials such as wood & natural colors. It is heated with a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating. The enclosed lake property is 2000 square meters. With a generous area of approx. 110 square meters, this 2014 house has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, including children, and is therefore ideal for families. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen invites you to culinary discoveries, while the peaceful view of Lake Brahm can be admired through the many surrounding windows. The bright, open-plan living area with tasteful furnishings, fireplace and flat-screen TV is the central meeting place for the family. A washing machine and dryer from Miele are also available. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, with a directly adjacent shower room. So the vacation home is not only suitable for families, but is also the perfect vacation home for two couples. Another shower room with toilet can be found on the ground floor. The outdoor furnishings invite you to relax and enjoy the sunny days. The private jetty - the water is very flat in this part of the lake and therefore ideal for children - a large terrace and a spacious lawn offer plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor activities. For this purpose, a ping pong table, a Treet boat, 1 SUP and 2 bicycles are available. Smoking and parties are not allowed and guests are asked not to wear street shoes in the vacation home.
