Make some memories at this smoke free & unique and family-friendly place (Grandma’s House). This little house was built in 1940’s for grandma by her husband Elmer. The cabinets are original and all within grandma’s reach. Take a step back in time and head down to the creek to catch some crawdad’s, dip toes in the cool water. You’ll have a huge field for the kids to run, or even have a feed sack race, or a night of cards/checkers. We do have internet for tv. Stream free channels or use own plan. The space Property sits 8 acres and the big open field is perfect for viewing the total eclipse. The home 1940’s built , smoke free , Vintage Christian home. Always filled with family/friends and Nana’s amazing desserts and homemade candies. Close to Bloomington but still rests in a peaceful country environment . Plenty of yard for the kids to play, or view the stars at night or just Enjoy a stroll along Jackson Creek which flows peacefully through property. Approximately ( 7.3 miles ) to IU campus. Memorial stadium (5.7 miles) Close to Kroger grocery (1 mile ) , Bloomington Speedway (3/4 mile) , lake Monroe less than 15 min. Drive , Clear Creek walking trails ( 1 mile) , and numerous churches.lands keeper resides on property in mobile home. Guest access Self check in / check out. Key lockbox located on front porch. Code to access key given day of check in. Other things to note Guests will be provided with dish soap, hand soap, small shampoo/bar soap and starter toiletries . Coffee filters/ starter coffee. ( coffee pot regular/K cup style.)
