The house is located in a very picturesque village, classified in Balagne (Haute-Corse). It is an old village house, completely restored in 2024. It is 2 minutes from the Village Square, under the church. It is accessed from a free parking lot by a staircase of 22 paved steps. The view is exceptional over the sea, Lake Codole, the old convent, the mountains and the sky day and night, with breathtaking sunsets. Disconnection guaranteed. The space This 60 square meter house on 2 levels is distributed as follows: on the ground floor a living room and balcony, a bedroom with double bed and storage, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a small dining room and balcony, a fully equipped kitchen that gives access to the 2 terraces. On the first floor, a large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet. The main terrace has a small summer kitchen with a plancha. Guest access Access to the house is from a free parking lot via a stretta (stone staircase) with 22 steps. Other things to note Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility, for safety and accessibility reasons.
