Aramis: private room for 2 people. It overlooks the garden of the house. It is adjacent to a bathroom and dry toilet. The common areas are shared with our family and our guests: the Tavern, game and discussion room, the terrace, the outdoor tables. Table d'hôte, in the evening, and breakfast possible. Our 14th century farm, La Halte de D'Artagnan, welcomes you for a moment of rejuvenation closer to nature and animals. The space This 14th century medieval farm, located in Gascony, the land of D'Artagnan the famous Musketeer, was a favorite for us. We lovingly restore each room while trying to preserve the original spirit of welcoming pilgrims and hikers, sharing, respecting nature and animals. Ecologically, we use solar energy for the house and roof recovery water for animals and the garden. With that in mind, we only have dry toilets that allow us to save drinking water. The house has a huge permaculture garden and an orchard of about fifty trees. The fruits and vegetables harvested are either eaten fresh or processed into jars or jam. Our hens produce good fresh eggs and we are starting to produce our own chickens. All this allows us to offer you fresh farm products for breakfast and quality meals for the table d'hôtes. We can also offer you pony rides for the little ones (from 2 years old) and horseback riding for the older ones on the Chemin de la Voie d'Arles. The farm's horses and ponies work in animal mediation with the most vulnerable people (EHPAD, social difficulties, mental or motor disabilities). Guest access In addition to the space you rent, you'll have access to: => outdoor spaces while respecting our plantations and the surrounding nature for walking => garden tables and relaxation areas also available to you at different locations on the farm. => the Tavern, central location of our farm with its wood-burning stove and heated sofa, also the farm's game room, => the Verrière, a large bright room for yoga sessions, painting or writing in peace and quiet while admiring the Gers countryside. => a bathroom and dry toilet. As a measure of respect for the environment and saving of drinking water, we have no water toilets but only with wood chips. => for the moment no access to the kitchen, if necessary please let us know to try to find solutions.
