The large apartment (90 m²), fitted with high-quality materials – an architectural gem with a magnificent 30 m² terrace – is located on the top floor of a well-maintained semi-detached villa, in a prime, peaceful location with breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Maggiore. Surrounded by a unique natural oasis, it is the ideal place for hedonists and those seeking tranquility to relax, yet only 5–15 minutes by car from Ascona-Locarno. The space Surrounded by an idyllic natural oasis, the property is located in one of the most peaceful and green areas of Ronco and its surroundings—far from noisy streets and other sources of disturbance. The village center is just 1–2 minutes away by car or a 6–8 minute walk. Hiking trails begin right at the doorstep. A romantic forest path leads to the charming village center of Ronco, where you'll find a grocery store and several excellent restaurants, or to the picturesque hamlet of Fontana Martina. From there, it’s just a 15-minute walk to two small local lakeside beaches in Porto Ronco. The living room (33 m²) features a large sofa, a dining table, and side tables. The spacious main bedroom (20 m²) includes a double bed (160x200 cm), a built-in wardrobe, and a desk. The smaller bedroom (10 m²) has a single bed (90x200 cm). Additionally, the entrance area of the apartment is equipped with a built-in coat closet. Besides the main bathroom, there is also a separate guest toilet with a washbasin. For bookings of up to 2 people, the guest WC and the small bedroom are not available. For bookings of 3 or more people, these additional rooms will be made available. If two guests wish to use these extra rooms, simply enter a booking for 3 people. It’s just a 5–10 minute drive to Ascona and Locarno. There are direct bus connections from Locarno and Losone to the village center of Ronco. Large shopping centers in Losone, Ascona, and Locarno can be reached in 5–10 minutes by car or 15–20 minutes by bus. The natural and cultural gem of Monte Verità and Ascona is also reachable via a beautiful 40–60 minute walk. Guest access The house (and the entire area of Ronco sopra Ascona) is situated on a steep mountain slope with partially inadequately protected outdoor areas. Therefore, children may only stay outside the house under adult supervision. Over 80% of the apartments and houses in Ronco sopra Ascona are accessed via outdoor staircases due to the steep slopes, with an average elevation change of about 3 stories. But you can enjoy the most beautiful lake view in Ticino all the more. Other things to note Access from the parking area to the apartment is via a comfortable outdoor staircase. The height difference is equivalent to approximately three floors.
