Quiet house near Montpellier

This accommodation is located in Castelnau-le-lez, a small town near Montpellier, in the Devois district. The tram is a 10-minute walk (line 2 - Via Domitia stop), to get to downtown Montpellier in 20 minutes. The first beaches are accessible in less than 30 minutes by car (variable depending on hours of attendance), and you have quick access to the Montpellier hinterland (Pic Saint Loup and its vineyards, swimming/canoeing on the banks of the Hérault, hiking...). The space The house consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, a bathroom with bathtub & walk-in shower, double sink and changing table, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed (up to about 10 years old), another bedroom with a bunk bed (up to about 10 years old). An extra bedroom in the mezzanine under the roofs (low height) is also available with a double sofa bed and a sink. All bedrooms, including the extra bedroom, have air conditioning (only in the bedrooms). Outside, a terrace with awning, a small wooden pool ideal for cooling off and for the happiness of children (shallow pool - about 1.15 m), a gas barbecue/grill will enhance your stay. The accommodation has a parking space outside. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage (with the exception of the washer/dryer area, which will be accessible). Some cupboards reserved for personal storage will not be accessible. Other things to note The neighborhood is quiet, please respect the neighborhood. No parties or events. No pets (to be discussed as appropriate). I do not charge a cleaning fee, I expect the accommodation to be returned in a suitable condition. Note that Airbnb automatically classifies my home as "countryside/nature", which is not the case since the home is in a subdivision. Similarly, Airbnb notes "exceptional pool" when it is small and deep according to the description
