A quiet and comfortable two-double bed apartment designed for one or two couples, small families & solo travellers. Located in an exclusive, residential area, our space is designed for relaxed, quiet stays. With two double beds and a maximum occupancy of four guests, it offers a calm base for work trips, mini breaks away & family visits. We provide everything you need & a few extras to make you feel at home. Pet-friendly with private courtyard garden and great walks from the door. The space **For transparency, Airbnb retain approximately 18.6% of the total price paid** The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchenette/lounge/dining area & separate ensuite double bedroom with shower seat & grab rails. In the lounge, there is an electric standing recliner for less able guests. The well-equipped kitchenette has a large air-fryer, combi-microwave, induction plate hob, toaster, kettle & Tassimo coffee machine with complimentary pods. Tea/decaff tea/decaff coffee/hot chocolate/fruit teas provided. Fresh milk and bottled water in fridge & Borders biscuits to have with your drinks. In the bedroom there’s an ensuite with shower, toiletries & fresh towels. There’s a separate wc off the lounge handy for guests sleeping on futon which opens up into a comfortable double bed with additional 15cm memory foam mattress & bedding provided. For 3+ guests who need the futon, we make this up as a day-lounger, ready for you to hop into at bedtime. All towels/bedding provided. Doggy towels provided. Access to small enclosed courtyard garden with table, chairs & cushions. High-chair & travel cot with mattress available if required - just let us know. Garage available for bike/motorbike & work equipment storage & all covered by CCTV. Park on the driveway - room for 2 cars. Guest access You have your own access to the annex via keysafe. You also have exclusive access to a small, enclosed courtyard garden where you can sit in warmer months and have your morning coffee or evening drinks - and pets can use safely. Other things to note We have **Superfast Broadband** & Sky/Sky Sports. We’re perfect for up two couples, small families and solo travellers. For guests needing futon bed - we make this up for you and it has an additional mattress for extra comfort - there is a separate loo so bedroom guests aren’t disturbed. There isn't a full oven. We have an airfryer, which is basically a mini oven, combination microwave - this has a built in convection oven (instructions provided) and a single induction hob. Cooking equipment is provided. There is a kettle, toaster & Tassimo coffee machine with a complimentary pods and biscuits. We can provide accessories for infants. There is an iron/board. Because we’re next door, we’re on-hand to help if you discover something you need. There is always fresh milk on arrival and bottled water. *Dogs* - we welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs. If there’s an accident, please just let us know as we have a small wet vac for emergencies! We cannot accept dogs of an aggressive or unpredictable nature. We cannot accept any dogs on the dangerous dog or banned breed list (UK). Other pets also welcome.
