Charming small 2-room apartment, very quiet, functional in the city center of Houlgate with its small shops and 2 steps from the beach. Located on the top floor with elevator and rooftop views, south facing. You can enjoy the market every Thursday and weekend. There is also a night market every Friday in summer. Possibility of self check-in with secure key box, and free parking on the streets of Houlgate. It is a 7-minute walk to the SNCF train station. The space The apartment is 35 m2 with an entrance, a bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, washing machine), a large living room-large new fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker with filter, toaster, fridge and freezer), a sofa bed with its duvet, pillows and sofa mattress protection in its safe, and a connected TV & Wi-Fi. There is also a small bedroom with a 140 cm bed (65 x 65 cm feather pillows and duvets provided with protection). End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option for €20, to be paid upon arrival. If you don't want to take advantage of this option, please leave the apartment clean and tidy, as you found it on arrival. Bed linen and bathroom linen not provided. Extra linens and towels on request at the time of booking or 3 days before arrival (not included in the price). Only bath mats, kitchen towels and hand towels are provided. There are also some household products such as soap, dishwashing liquid, alcohol vinegar and cleaning products. In the grocery store there are: coffee, coffee filter, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil and vinegar. For toddlers there is a travel crib with mattress, high chair and potty. No smoking in the unit.
