Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The property is surrounded by nature with Mayon Volcano view in safe zone. The unit is located: - Sumlang Lake 10 to 15 mins (950 m) walk - Quituinan Hills 10 mins (4 km) by car -Cagsawa Ruins 11 mins (4.7 km) - Quitinday Hills and Nature Park 24 mins (14km) - Kawa-Kawa Hills and Sunflower Field 30 mins (18 km) - Bicol International Airport -20 mins (12km) and easily accessible to public transport. The space Entire guesthouse is separate from the host’s home. Outdoor dining is available. The property has a view of Mayon volcano, sorrounded by grass, trees, plants with large grounds for kids to run or play around. Guest access The guests can walk around the grounds, take non-commercial pictures and have free parking space inside the perimeter. Outdoor kitchen is available with cooking utensils plates and cutleries. Unapproved/unregistered or undeclared guest or pet shall be charged P800/night per person and pet 500/night Other things to note Gates are closed but not locked during the stay but are locked after 11PM for everyone’s safety. If guest is staying out after 11PM, they just need to inform the host upon return to unlock the gates. We request our guests to observe the house rules most importantly regarding energy and water conservation. Trash bins are collected daily to maintain cleanliness of the room. Only small dogs (10 kg and below) are allowed inside the unit. Medium to big dogs should be caged or leashed beside the unit or in the covered gazebo. Leashed pets are allowed to roam the grounds but pet poops should be scooped into separate waste bags for proper disposal. Thank you
