We are starting our first year of renting this accommodation, which we care about a lot and which for us is filled with family memories. THE SPACE The maisonette is located close to restaurants, pharmacy, shops and many activities (Casino, Amigo Lande park, Baby Land and its paddling pool, the famous Seaquarium du Grau du Roi and of course the beautiful beach 10 minutes walk away...). Check-in will be done in my presence from 4 p.m. 2. The condition of the premises on departure will be carried out in my presence from 10:00 a.m. Early departures before this time are allowed, just let me know. 3. HOUSE LINENS are available in addition to the rental. For hygiene reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sleep on the mattress and pillow protectors. Possibility to rent towels as well. PRICE: 15 euro per set of sheets (fitted sheet, mattress sheet and cushion cover.) 5 euro towel kit (one large and one small) baby kit (baby bed, high chair) free Includes bath mat and kitchen towel from the 1st towel kit rented. Duvets and pillows provided. 4. The cleaning will be carried out at the end of the stay by professional teams at a rate of 40 euro. We will also leave the equipment as well as cleaning products at your disposal within the accommodation for daily use. Note, however, that the property must be returned in a "respectable" state of cleanliness and tidy as when you arrived (disposal of household waste by you). 5. Occupancy: This accommodation is equipped for a MAXIMUM of 4 people. The number of occupants must match the reservation made as well as the profile registered on AIRBNB.
