We welcome you to our typical Cantalian house located near Allanche where you have everything you need; bakery, local shops, gas station... 20 min from Saint Flour or Lioran where you can ski in winter or go summer tobogganing and hikes in the summer. Many activities are possible (hiking, visiting typical and unique places, tastings...). This house on 2 levels is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and nespresso, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, vitro plate), living room, bathroom and separate toilets on the ground floor. Upstairs, 1 bathroom with separate toilets, as well as 3 bedrooms each equipped with a 140 bed and a dorm perfect for cousinades composed of a double sofa bed, 1 bunk bed (2x bed in 90) and 3 folding beds in 90. We also have a folding crib upon request. The house is equipped with central heating and a very pleasant exterior. Bedding is provided but NOT linens. Consider bringing your own hand towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc. The accommodation is non-smoking, please respect the premises and do not smoke indoors. A cleaning fee of €60 is mandatory, this allows us to prepare the beds for your arrival and to welcome you, as well as the following tenants, in the best conditions. A camera is present outside to film the entrance to the house. It is deactivated when the listing is rented.
